Josie has had a pretty good Saturday. Grandma Scott and Uncle Phil came by to visit, while Chad went home to do a few things around the house and check on the canines. Josie continues to take her bottles well, with a few issues with breathing. She likes to scare me now and then by dropping her oxygen levels. The nurses don't seem to be too concerned, but that is easier said than done for me.
Josie moved into an isolette bed this afternoon so she can begin to get adjusted to room temperature. It looks like a plastic box and it is a little harder to see or touch her now. Hopefully she does well and we can move to a crib in a few days. Once in a crib, we and the grandparents can hold her anytime we want. Tomorrow, Grandma Stewart is coming, so we are looking forward to Josie seeing her again.
