Josie and Henry have been doing really well. Henry is standing on his own now and tries to take a step, especially when he sees Josie walking. He has also mastered how to remove his diaper, which I would have preferred he not learn:) Chad and I found him laying on the floor in the living room under the ceiling fan with no clothes on. I know it has been a little warm lately, so it must have felt good. The next day, I was in the kitchen and turned around to find him walking through pushing a toy with no clothes on. We are going to have to keep him in onsies or shorts from now on:) Josie is walking more and more every day and is very proud of herself when she does it. She is also signing many new words. This week she learned to sign "mom", "dog", "wash hands" and "potty".
We have another relatively quiet week with only a pre-op appointment on Friday. I am going to really enjoy the days with the kids and dread the thought of surgery next week. The good news is that we are going to be close to home this time and we have lots of help from Gramma and Grampa Scott and Grammy Stewart. I'll post more on Friday if we learn anything new about surgery.
