Well, we are just about packed and ready to leave tomorrow for Mayo. To be honest, I think we are feeling some sense of relief knowing that in just a couple of days Josie is going to be the hands of experts that can really help us out. Josie has had a fairly good week if you don't count eating and sleeping:) She is cutting at least one molar so those two things have been hard to come by this week. Other than that she has been in a very good mood and standing up more and more on her own. I found her standing in her crib this week when she was supposed to be taking a nap:) We are definitely going to have to lower her mattress again. We made our final visit to the pediatrician on Friday to get Josie's ears cleared for the flight and Dr. Woolery is just as relieved as we are about the trip. We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to go to Mayo and it is very comforting to know we will be coming home to a pediatrician who only wants the best for Josie and will help us anyway she can.
This weekend we have enjoyed the company of Grammy Stewart, who came to watch Josie so Chad and I could pack and get prepared. Gramma and Grampa Scott cooked out for us last night and we swam, so it has really been a relaxing weekend.
